Inquiries
When you send a question, we store your name, email address and message privately, email them to our clinic team, and add them to our client-management system (operated for us by our marketing partner) so we can follow up. If you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) are saved with your inquiry so we know which ad helped. Inquiries are never sent to Meta or other advertising platforms.
Bookings
Appointments are booked on our Zenoti scheduling page. We pass only campaign tags to it. Booking details are never sent to Meta.
Meta Pixel (advertising)
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to count visits to this page and to show our ads to people who have visited it. It uses cookies and sends Meta your browser information, the page address and an identifier for your visit. It records page visits only—never inquiries, bookings or hair concerns. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs only if you accept. Elsewhere it runs unless you decline in Cookie settings or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
